1. I think the disagreement in the band isn't to talk about. In my opinion it was a big mistake to listen to Joe, so didn't call the police. O.K. they had to hurry up, to get punctual to their gig, but otherwise it was an accident, so: How many obligations they have when they didn't phone the police and how many obligations they would have have anymore, if they had called...?
2.As far as I'm concerned Alex is very shocked, suprised and overpowered, as he saw Tom the first time. I think I would have reacted similar. Maybe I had stopped completely playing!, so he stayed relatively "cool".
3.That's a different question, we don't already know Tom, so also we don't know his charaktere yet. But maybe Tom's first sentence would be for excample like: "I'm sorry Alex!" or " I will explain you all... please listen and understand a bit...". But maybe it will be a completely different thing, that hadn't concerned with the relationship or question, for that Alex search the answers for years. For excample " You played great!"
4.As I read this part, I wasn't sad or angry. Because in my opinion the author didn't write this part very sensitive or so that you can imagine it especially good.
But I heard from some other people, that they had reacted very different, so maybe I missed the "keyword", or I'm numb =)
1.As far as I´m concerned, the disagreement in the band is not important.
All of them kney that they searched the wrong decision, I think.
And when I was there I wouldn´t do the mistake they made.
2. If you ask me, Alex is very exiting and surprised to see his father.
Because he see the face of his dad he played the wrong notes.
I would be like him in this shocking situation.
3.hmmm... I think the first sentence of Alex´dad will be : "Alex my son I missed you so much and I´m really happy to meet you after a so long time. I´m really really happy" maybe he can say.
4. Oh .......
It´s really bad and it was so shocking that the cow died .
As I read this part I was so sad about the situation and I think the band too, but they don´t helped the cow and that makes me so angry.
